Personalising items
We will embroider or print your logo, company name and even employees’ names onto any Duchess garments. See our Embroidery Service page for further details on how to promote your brand in this way.

Sizing
All our garments are designed and tailored to fit different sizes perfectly. Use our ladies' and men's sizing charts to work out the correct size(s) when placing your order. Garments are manufactured to standard lengths, unless otherwise requested.

Fit
For maximum comfort and appearance, our garments are tailored to suit different fits. Use our Find your perfect fit guide to select the right garments for your requirements.

Fabrics & colours
Our fabrics are carefully selected for their quality and suitability. We use only the most durable fabrics for cleaning garments, hygienic fabrics for medical uniforms and crease-resistant fabrics for corporate wear, for example.  All fabrics are tested and their qualities monitored by our technicians.

Please note that colours shown may vary from the actual fabrics due to the limitations of displaying colours on-screen. If precise colour matching is a requirement, please contact us for an onsite consultation prior to ordering.

In conjunction with our textile technologist, we treat our fabrics to your specifications. Depending on the intended function of the garment, we provide antimicrobial, heat-resistant and/or stain-resistant finishes.

Garment care
Usually worn every day, work wear needs to be practical, durable and long lasting. This also ensures your garments will not need to be replaced frequently, thus offering excellent value for money.

To ensure longevity, we pay special attention to producing garments which are easy to care for. Your employees, therefore, need not spend hours washing, drying or ironing their work clothing. In turn, they will always look smart and professional.

Once delivered to you, our garments will retain their look and fit for a long time, providing your staff members follow the washing and/or cleaning instructions found on the label of every Duchess garment. This will ensure you get the maximum life from the garments. Please note that we cannot accept liability if this information has not been complied with.

Stock availability & delivery
We pride ourselves in being able to process your order efficiently, and always keep our most popular garments in stock to enable quick delivery. If you select styles from our Ready2wear Collection only, we will deliver your order within 3 working days. Orders including items which are not found in our Ready2wear Collection, and/or which require embroidery, will take up to 4 weeks.

Returns
Returns are accepted for style or size changes (but not for inaccurate colour matching, see fabrics & colours) within 21 days of invoice. Should the required style or size be out of stock, please allow up to eight weeks for delivery
